We understand that bed bug infestations are a distressing experience for homeowners and tenants alike. Our Comprehensive Bed Bug Preparation Service is designed to alleviate the stress and discomfort associated with these unwelcome guests, ensuring a swift and effective solution to your bed bug problem.
Our comprehensive approach includes inspection, preparation, treatment, and prevention, providing you with the peace of mind you deserve.
Our bed bug exterminators will conduct a meticulous inspection of your property to identify bed bug hotspots and determine the extent of the infestation. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including infrared cameras and bed bug-sniffing dogs, to guarantee accurate results.
Based on the inspection results, our specialists will develop a customized preparation plan tailored to your specific needs. This plan will detail the steps necessary to prepare your home for effective treatment, including decluttering, laundry procedures, and furniture disassembly, if required.
Our highly trained technicians will treat your property using industry-leading methods, such as heat treatments, chemical treatments, or a combination of both, depending on the severity of the infestation. Our treatment process is designed to eliminate bed bugs at all stages of their lifecycle, ensuring a complete eradication.
Your privacy is our top priority. Our technicians arrive in unmarked vehicles and wear plain uniforms to maintain discretion during the entire process.
Before treatment:
✔ Reduce the amount of clutter
Reduce the amount of clutter within premises as much as possible. Clutter in areas provides bed bugs a safe place to hide.
✔ Remove any breakables
Please remove any breakables from treatable areas and safeguard valuables. Items should be sealed in Ziploc bags, clear plastic bags or stored in sealed bins.
✔ Items within your premises
Items within your premises should be wiped clean and/or vacuumed prior to them being placed in plastic bags or bins. Vacuum bags should be removed immediately, sealed and discarded. Items not properly sealed risk the spread of pests. Filters should be washed clean and thoroughly dried.
PLEASE NOTE
It’s not uncommon to be bitten or see bed bugs after the initial treatment service. The treatment will eradicate as many pests as possible within the 1st visit and send them off their nesting and hiding spots. It is important that you give the treatment time to work. The 2nd extermination visit, which will take place 10 to 14 days days after will potentially kill any remaining bed bugs. It is imperative that instructions are followed and procedures are adhered to decrease the spread of the bed bug population.

After treatment:
✔ Inspect & vacuum luggage
Carefully inspect and vacuum luggage when returning from trips.
✔ Clean vacuum filters
Area rugs and carpets can be vacuumed. Remember to clean filters and dispose of bags immediately.
✘ Avoid bringing “used” items
Avoid bringing used furniture, mattress sets and or upholstered items home.
✘ Avoid entering room(s)
Avoid entering room(s) for a minimum of four hours after treatment. Allow mattresses, box springs and other treated areas to dry before reassembling the room.
✘ Do not mop
DO NOT mop for at least 14 days after the follow up treatment. This will give the insecticide time to eliminate all stages of the bed bug infestation.
✘ Do not clean with ammonia
DO NOT Clean with Ammonia ( Windex with Ammonia-D) or Bleach spray products AFTER the treatment is rendered to avoid NEUTRALIZING the residual pesticides.
